1. All software provided by the Company is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this agreement. 2. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. 3. You may use the licensed software only in accordance with the terms of this agreement. 4. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the licensed software. 5. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, assign, or transfer your rights in the licensed software, or authorize all or any portion of the licensed software to be copied onto another individual or legal entity’s computer. 6. You may not use the licensed software to develop software applications for redistribution by any other party. 7. You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels on the licensed software. 8. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the licensed software at any time. 9. The Company is not responsible for any damages that may arise from the use of the licensed software. 10. This agreement is the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the use of the licensed software and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreement or understanding.
